boyfriend problem.

So I have a boyfriend and we're really close. We've been together for a while now. The only thing is I always have to see his x girlfriends all the time. I hate it. They're not attractive or anything and they were honestly horrible girlfriends. But one in particular has been trying to get him to cheat on me for a while... Anyway, the fact of the matter is they all basically hate me. And I don't know what to do about it. All of his friends really like me. But they always talk about his x's like it doesnt bother me and they have to know that it does. But honestly it's all they've ever known. (They live in a really really small town). Confusing... I know. Help? Please?

By the way, I have talked to my boyfriend about this but he said there's nothing that can be done about it. They all grew up together.

Just be nice to them. It'll make them feel stupid, especially if everyone likes you.

perfect advice! for real. just be nice, never say anything mean about them ever. EVER. because if everyone likes them it's sure to get back to them and it's fueling the fire! if you're nice, and never say anything bad about them then when/if they talk bad about you, everyone (his friends) can defend you and be like "well she's never said anything mean about you" blah blah blahhh
