velvet for xmas?

okay my mom is trying to make me wear a velvet dress for our xmas dinner? yes or no? i want to cry.

Velvet is really nasty. Especially green velvet. Black you can get away with sometimes but in all honesty that should have died with the 90s. What did you end up doing?
