can there be temporary depression?

i'm obviously feeling like shit because i broke up with my bf, and it really sucks. a lot. but should i see a doctor about it? i havent been able to eat for like a week. it wont go away.

You'll get over him. It just takes time, You really should try and eat though, you'll feel better.
